Sanitizer bottles next to 3-compartment sink in Code 302 noted at 100ppm and labelled appropriately. Sanitation Plan visible to staff and in use. No signs of fruit flies at the time of inspection. Sanitation near 3-compartment sink and in staff washroom area satisfactory. Operator to maintain premises in a sanitary condition. Floors and surfaces in food processing areas noted in sanitary condition. Dry storage areas noted in sanitary condition. Foods are stored at least 15 cm off the floors and protected from contamination. Walkways are clear and accessible. Recommend using shelving in office to store labelling products off the floors. Floors in premises are to remain clear to encourage proper and frequent cleaning. No further concerns noted at the time of inspection.
