Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low temperature dishwasher did not have the chlorine sanitizer dispensed during final rinse. Tube was primed and the minimum required concentration of 50ppm was achieved at the plate level after final rinse.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to monitor the dishwasher sanitizer before each shift as discussed at this time. All dishware washed through the dishwasher to be rewashed at this time.

Comments

Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash station adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
-Coolers operating at/below required temperature of 4'C; Freezer operating at required temperature of -18'C.
-Temperature monitoring system in place. Logs maintained.
-Scoop stored in a sanitized bucket. Ensure to change to a new scoop every 2-3 hours.
-No evidence of pest activity observed.

General sanitation of the facility satisfactory at this time.

NOTE: Back storage space being reorganized at this time. Clean the floor of this area once done.
