- Under counter cooler / prep cooler in grill area 4.0C
- Under counter cooler opposite cashier 3.0C
- Upright freezer opposite dishwasher -17.0C
- walk-in freezer -17.0C
- chest freezer back house -19.0C
- hot holding for sausage 68.0C / hollandaise sauce 64.0C
Handwash stations, all stocked with paper towel, liquid soap, hot/cold running water
Low temperature dishwasher noted with chlorine residual or 50ppm at plate level
Food storage practices satisfactory -> Food items were stored in pest proof containers and off the floor in walk-in cooler, walk-in freezer and dry storage areas
Wiping clothe bucket sanitizer noted at 200ppm QUATs sanitizer residual
Ice machine is in sanitary condition at the time of visit
General sanitation is satisfactory
No signs of pest activity noted at the time of visit
