Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - CPPQTK: Bar/servery area renovation complete. The following corrections are still required prior to opening: - Mount the paper towel dispenser for the hand sink located in the corner. - Glass door under the counter cooler ambient air temperature 8 degrees C. Adjust to colder setting and ensure 4 degrees C or less. - Under the counter freezer at -8 degrees C. Adjust to colder setting and ensure -18 degrees C or less. - Commercial glass washer installation pending. Note: existing hand sink and 2 compartment sink have been removed, to be replaced with shelving units. Preparation coolers (2) inserts and lower sections at or below 4 degrees C. Ice machine installed and available for use. Scoop placed in a clean container on the counter. Hot holding unit available for use. Flooring adequate. Tiling work adequate.
