Comments

Kitchen was not being used at time of inspection. It is only used to store and serve food to assisted living residents - all food is prepared and cooked in the main kitchen. Comments: -Stand-up cooler at 1C -Dishwasher (hi-temp) reached a final rinse temperature of 74C at the plate -General sanitation is excellent, no food debris observed on floor -Juice dispenser machine cold-holds juices at 7C - operator advised to service machine to bring temperature down to 4C. -No visible signs of recent pest activity noted at time of inspection.
