Hand washing sink obstructed, cookware stored in sink. Paper towel dispenser required. Washroom not maitained, liquid soap dispense near empty and paper towels not available in dispenser Correction: 1. Materials removed from sink, clean and repair soiled caulking around sink 2. Washroom to be thorought cleaned and hand washing station to be maintained. Discussed with staff.
