Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing station in kitchen is not supplied with liquid soap in mounted dispenser. Staff placed a disposable liquid soap dispenser with liquid soap at the hand washing station during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Maintain all hand washing stations adequately supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel to ensure staff are washing their hands properly and frequently to remove contamination whilst handling food.

- Hand washing stations at front service area and in staff washroom adequately supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- QUATs sanitizer in spray bottle (X2) measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with test strips
- Low-temperature chemical dishwasher measured at 50 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip
- 2-compartment sink available with drain plugs
- Ventilation canopy observed in good sanitary condition
- No signs of pest activity during inspection
