Introduction

An unscheduled/scheduled inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP)

Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

Summary of inspection:
At the inspection dated February 28, 2023 there were 16 children in the Infant/Toddler room and 16 children in 3-5 room with total of 11 staff members and two managers on site. Licensing met with the managers.
At this inspection, no noted contraventions were identified. As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided.
The following was discussed or resources provided:
Repayment Agreements in Child Care Facilities.
Making sure that electrical cords and brooms are not accessible to children.
Separate Bleach solution bottle is available for each bathroom.
