Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): * Wiping rags were found on counters in dish washing area and not in sanitary condition; discussed with supervisor that wiping rags to be stored away from food/food equipment and dish washing areas to reduce risk of cross contamination; operator moved the wiping rags to another location by mop/mop area

* Dishwasher final rinse was 74'C/165'F or hotter internally; ceiling tiles over dishwashing area were replaced with proper washable tiles
* Ensure dispensing units (eg. honey) sanitized regularly through out the day
* Sanitizer was available and at 200 ppm quaternary ammonium concentration; provide sanitizer in front cashier location
* Overall maintained and organized
