Premises is a Chinese herb store. Only dry products sold. Handsink present at the front. 2 compartment sink present at the back. Invoices reviewed. Store front appears to be in sanitary condition. Bleach available for sanitizing. *Ensure to equip a spray bottle to have bleach sanitize available at all times. *Equip the single use gloves at the front for frequent use. Acupuncture station at the corner of the store. Staff stated this area is being unused because there is no doctor.
