Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food debris observed stuck to several knives stored on the side of the chopping block. The storage area was also dirty with food debris.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize these knives and the storage area. Ensure knives and all other utensils are cleaned and sanitized before returning them to storage. Ensure storage areas for clean equipment are being maintained in a sanitary condition.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer available. The "sanitizer" spray bottle measured 0 ppm and was mixed with another cleaning agent.
Corrective Action(s): Prepare sanitizer by mixing 1/2 teaspoon (1/2 cap) of unscented household bleach with 1L clean water. Ensure this is available when the business is in operation. Ensure all food prep surfaces are sanitized throughout the day. This is a repeat violation. Further observations of this violation may result in enforcement action (correction order, violation tickets).

Observation: 1. Bulk food scoops are improperly stored. Scoop handles are in direct contact with food.
2. Bulk food containers were being stored next to the dishwasher. Containers were covered with lids.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Clean and sanitize the scoops. Store the scoops in a clean dedicated container when not in use.
2. Move these containers away from the dishwasher. Ensure all food and food equipment are stored in a manner that avoids contamination.
