Routine inspection: Processing area hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Employees provided with clean smocks and hair/beard nets. Milling of dry product done in dedicated room. Cleaning and sanitizing containers setup for smaller parts that can be removed from equipment. Clean in place for extractor, dryer, and other large pieces of equipment. Cleaning area hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Receiving area for dry products and storage of finished product clean and organized. Pest control services in place. No evidence of pest activity at time of inspection. Milling and packaging room provided with a hand sink. Liquid soap and paper towels provided. X-ray machine used for metal detection. Walk in cooler at 2 degrees C for liquid extracts. Additional walk in cooler currently not in use.
