Observation: The two staff members working at the time of inspection were not certified in FOODSAFE Level 1. One staff member states that only the evening shift staff are certified.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure at least one FOODSAFE Level 1 certified staff member is present when business is open. Either adjust shifts to meet this requirement or have more staff members certified in FOODSAFE Level 1. Keep FOODSAFE certificates onsite for review. -General sanitation is satisfactory
-Hand washing station is equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
-All coolers (walk-in, prep) at < or = 4C
-All freezers at < or = -18C
-No hot holding units in place. Pizzas are sold whole only, not by slice.
-Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing
-100 ppm bleach sanitizer is available in spray bottle. Labels are in place. Ensure this is made fresh regularly and is used for sanitizing food contact surfaces throughout the day.
-Dry storage is satisfactory
-Chemicals are stored separate from areas of food prep and storage
-No signs of pests observed during inspection
