Observation: Operator (or representative on site for the ownership) must have a valid Food Safe Level 1 certificate. Currently, staff Food Safe has expired as it is more than 5 years old.
Corrective Action(s): Operator is to have a valid Food Safe certificate (<5 years old) - take course before April 1, 2020. If the operator is absent, at least one person per shift is to have Food Safe certification. Keep copies of your food safety plan and sanitation plan / cleaning schedule on site.

Cleaning of floor under equipment has been done. Add this item to your written cleaning schedule and keep copy in kitchen.
Wooden post in walk in is being replaced or re-finished so that it can be cleaned- ok - by April 1/20.
Dishwasher has been cleaned, serviced and the sanitizer solution replaced with fresh solution. The final rinse water is now providing 50ppm chlorine - good. Check daily.
