A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Cooler 2C; freezer -21C; thermometers present; and temperatures recorded daily.
- High temperature dishwasher rinse cycle had temperature of 79.9C at the plate's surface as per max/min thermometer.
- Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Quats sanitizer in spray bottle was 200ppm.
- All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labeled; date coded; foods stored in groups with proteins on the lowest shelves below RTE foods; and foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves or racks.
- General sanitation level is good. Exhaust canopy is clean and professionally serviced (March 2019). Next scheduled cleaning in March 2020.
- No signs of pests.
- No expired foods in use.
- FoodSafe certified staff present.
- Members of the club and staff make meals in the kitchen. There are appoximately 120 members, and make about 20-35 meals a day. A few "public" events occur where food is made in the kitchen and provided to the neighborhood residents.
- All equipment and utensils in good working order.
- All in order.
