Observation: The following conditions were observed during the inspection
1) Back kitchen door was propped open
2) A large gap was observed around the plumbing fixture under the 2 compartment dishwashing sink
Note: Staff stated that recent plumbing work was done under the sink and the cover will be replaced
Corrective Action(s): 1) Keep the backdoor closed when not in use or place a door screen
2) Seal the gap around the plumbing fixture under the 2 compartment sink

General observations/Good practices
- Health permit posted outside office
- Foodsafe training of staff
- Handwash stations equipped with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towel
- No cooking or hot holding was observed - staff and students were cleaning after the lunch service
- All coolers <4C
1) Walk in cooler at 36C
2) Under counter cooler at 4C
- Walk in freezer @-20C
- Quat sanitizer available in spray bottles throughout kitchen @200ppm
- All food inside cooler/freezer were covered and labelled
- Excellent signage to separate raw and ready to eat food
- Meat slicer clear of residue
- Ice machine clear of mold/biofilm
- Laundry available
- All chemicals were labeled and stored safely
- High temperature dishwasher reached 76C on plate surface in final rinse cycle
- 2 compartment sink available and in good working order (stopper, signs etc)
- All dry goods stored in pest proof container
- All items >6" above floor
- All surfaces are durable and non-absorbant
- Thermometers available inside coolers/freezer
- Temperature logs are well maintained
- Overall sanitation is good
- Good staff/student hygiene observed
