General comments: -No signs of pests at time of inspection. -All coolers (walk in cooler, standing coolers, under counter cooler) at or below 4 deg. C. Temp records maintained daily. -Walk in freezer at -18 deg. C, standing freezers at -18 deg. C. -High temp dishwasher is currently being repaired at time of inspection. Three compartment sink is being used for ware washing, and sanitizing sink plugs available, Quats used to sanitize -All hand sinks stocked with soap, paper towel, hot/cold water -Quats sanitizer available in spray bottles (labelled) and in cloth buckets, at 200ppm. Test strips available and in use. -Food stored in food grade containers, covered, date coded. -General sanitation of facility is satisfactory -Foodsafe level 1 certified staff present. -Food stored 6'' off ground, FiFo rules followed.
