Observation: Hydrogen peroxide is not approved, food grade , sanitizer. Please replace this sanitizer with only approved ones ( such as quat, chlorine and iodine ).

Additional information provided by operators about hydrogen peroxide: the product is not intended to be used on food contact surfaces. All food contact surfaces and utensils are washed in the back, in the 3 - compartment sink with quats, approved sanitizer.
