Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # DDJC-B46NRG of Aug-30-2018 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Hydrogen peroxide is not approved, food grade , sanitizer. Please replace this sanitizer with only approved ones ( such as quat, chlorine and iodine ). Correction: Immediately Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # DDJC-B46NRG of Aug-30-2018 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Hand washing station beside the dishwashing sinks is not supplied with liquid soaps and disposable paper towels. Correction: Follow up on September 5th, 2018

The critical violations ( 302 and 401 ) have been corrected - Thank you. Additional information provided by operators about hydrogen peroxide: the product is not intended to be used on food contact surfaces. All food contact surfaces and utensils are washed in the back, in the 3 - compartment sink with quats, approved sanitizer. Violetin 306 and 309 - also corrected. Thank you
