* The condition that all equipment must be set up prior to opening has been met. The following equipment was observed set up and functioning during inspection:
- Undercounter cooler #1 near coffee shop area at 2C
- 2-door stand-up cooler at 3C
- 2-door stand-up freezer at -18C
- Undercounter cooler #2 at 3C
- Undercounter cooler #3 at 3C
- Sandwich cooler at 3C (top) and 1C (bottom)
