Exhaust hood has been serviced. Most of the cleaning completed for refrigeration units, counters and floors. Reminder to keep wet clothes in 100ppm bleach, more cleaning needed on walls where there are food splashes and do not store anything above mop sink. Also, please post your Health Permit as per last discussion.
