Initial inspection - facility has not changed ownership but is adding ready - to -eat chicken. General - handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water ---> new handsink added for cooked chicken side - quat sanitize 200ppm - three compartment sink not set up at time of inspection - ready-to-eat menu is restricted to chicken pieces only - facility may only serve customers with single - use utensils - it is the operator's responsibility to ensure installation of oven complies with all relevant standards, by-laws and laws. Temperatures - pop cooler 3C - three door freezer -24C - two door freezer -15C - kulfi freezer - 18C - walk -in cooler 2C - display coolers 2 -4C Health approval granted to operate provided that the permit fee for Jan 2024 - March 2024 ($37.50) is paid to Fraser Health by end of business tomorrow Jan 26, 2024.
