Handsinks equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
**Ensure that soap at the handsink across from the cooking line is in a pump dispenser and NOT a squeeze bottle. The bottle is unsanitary and can lead to re-contamination of hands after washing.
All temperatures satisfactory:
-Walk in freezer at -19 deg C
-Walk in cooler at 3.1 deg C
-Sanitizer in spray bottles was at 200 ppm Quats
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 73.2 deg C on rinse cycle at dish level
-All foods stored off the floor
-Foods in cooler are covered and protected from contamination
-Salad bar unit not in use at time of inspection.
-Hot holding unit not in use at time of inspection
-General sanitation satisfactory; no signs of pests at time of inspection (Ensure back door is closed at all times)
-Permit available
