- Hand washing sink is unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- Food is protected from contamination
- Equipment and utensils are stored in sanitary condition
- Non-latex gloves available
- Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer available at approximately 200 ppm (sanitizing compartment of three compartment sink and in labeled bucket). Three sink plugs available and hot/cold running water available for manual ware washing. Quats test strips on site are within expiry.
