-No changes in facility, adding a couple more drinks same process.
- Hand washing station supplied with hot/cold running water, single use paper towels, and liquid hand soap
-Temp all coolers < 4 oC and chest freezer - 19 oC
- All cooling units equipped with thermometers
- Sanitizer bucket with bleach solution in all prep areas measured at : 100 ppm
- Sanitizer spray bottle labeled and stocked with 100 ppm chlorine
- Manual dishwashing in done in a 3 compartment sink present
- Food kept at least 6 inches from floor level
- General sanitation very good at time of visit
-No sign of pests noted
-Ice machine appears clean and free of mold- ice scoop is maintained in clean container outside machine-
- Operator and staff hold FS training, operator has level 2 - great
- Staff on site FoodSafe level 1 certified
-Permit is posted

**Ensure to keep a log and record temp monitoring data for coolers ( twice daily) and sanitizer level for buckets and third sink ( manual dishwashing) at least once daily. Keep the log on site.

Note: Signature of recipient on report not required at this time due to Covid19 safety protocols. Observation and issues are communicated with the operator , a copy is provided to her.
