Two old bottles of sanitizer (J 512) were discarded as they contained >600ppm (too strong!) Quats solution. *You must test the Quats sanitizer using QT10 test strips available onsite every day and document the readings. -Internal temp of hot dogs/corn dogs >60C -Beverage coolers <4C -Condiments cooler <4C -Coffee creamer storage unit <4C -Liquid soap and paper towel available at the hand sink -General sanitization is satisfactory *Ensure the cup handle and bottom holder in F'Real machine are cleaned/sanitized daily.
