Observation: Floors in some areas including produce area have lifted and debris noted building up.
Walls behind produce sink have peeling paint.
Wooden shelves in back stock area are rough, some falling apart and not cleanable
Corrective Action(s): Manager informed us that the produce wall and back stock shelves are to be replaced. Please address flooring in produce area.
