Follow up inspection conducted and following are observed:
-Bar cooler and prep coolers are measured at temperature less than 4C.
-Handsinks are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, paper towel and a garbage recepticle.
-Sanitizer solution is available in spray bottles are available throughout premises and at two compartment sink dispenser. Lactic Acid/Dodecylbenzene sulphonic acid is available as food contact surface sanitizer.
-Thermometers are available in all coolers.
-Test strips are available to check the concentration of sanitizer solutions.
-Two holes near ice machine are now finished and surface is smooth, easy to clean.
-Covid Safety Plan is developed and implemented.
