- Warehouse for storage and distribution of food products and other supplies to marine vessels. Area for portioning and re-packaging of dry goods present within warehouse. - Handsink within portioning/re-packaging area supplied hot and cold water, liquid soap and paper towel - Hot and cold running water present at 3 compartment sink for washing scoops and supplies for re-packaging. Cold water tap is operational but leaking slightly - Manager reported they are aware and have arranged for it to be fixed. - Sign posted with manual dishwashing steps. Bleach present for sanitizing step. - Walk-in cooler 3C - Walk-in freezer -14C - Independent temperature monitoring devices present in walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer with digital display and alert notifications. - Warehouse maintained with food products are stored off of the floor (on pallets or shelving). - Pest control contract in place with service every two weeks. Report from most recent service (20-May-2022) indicates no pest activity in the interior of the premises. - Staff washroom maintained with liquid soap and paper towel for handwashing.
