Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
Top propellers inside dishwasher had accumulation of debris and organic material. Staff member cleaned inside of dishwasher during the inspection.
Corrective Action(s):
Ensure to follow your sanitation plan to clean inside dishwasher on a regular basis. To be corrected starting today.

Observation:
Several hand sinks do not drain water easily. The water is plugging in the sinks and draining very slowly.
Corrective Action(s):
Service all hand sinks to ensure water is draining easily to prevent water to overflow out of the sink. To be corrected by October 18, 2019.

Routine Inspection:
All hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
All temperatures met health requirements:
- Coolers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius (40 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Freezers maintained below -18 degrees Celsius (0 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Hot holding maintained at or above 60 degrees Celsius (140 degrees Fahrenheit).
QUAT sanitizer at 3-compartment sink dispenser = 200 ppm.
QUAT sanitizer in spray bottles and buckets = 200 ppm. Wiping cloths stored in sanitizer solution - good.
High temperature dishwasher sanitizing with >71 degrees Celsius at dish level after final rinse cycle.
Ice machine and all ice storage units clean. Ice scoops stored in designated buckets.
General food storage practices good:
- All food items covered and protected from contamination.
- All food items stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
- Dry storage area well organized.
All staff wearing uniforms, hats and practicing good personal hygiene.
No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
