Food Store only. NO food preparation. Pre-packaged foods, hot coffee, and re-packaging candy only. Sandwich display and walk in coolers are both at 4 C/ 40 F or colder. Best before dates are being followed. Ingredient information is available. Hand washing sink has liquid soap and paper towels. Staff washroom - paper towel feed needs to be working. Use paper towels to dry hands. Counters, tongs, etc. are sanitized using bleach. Use 1 tsp bleach in 1 litre of water (wash, rinse, sanitize, and air dry all food contact surfaces and utensils).
