Observation: 1. Duct tape and foam pipe insulator covering the walk-in-cooler handle. These materials are not durable, food grade, sealed or cleanable.
2. Raw wood shelves found in the bar cooler. The wood is not sealed, therefore it will absorb food and can't be cleaned.
ACTION: 1. Remove the tape and foam from the handle. Repair or replace the handle if it is broken.
2. Paint or seal the raw wood, with a light colored paint or clear urethane.

Observation: i) The bar tap is constantly dripping. This will attract flies + pests.
ii) The spray faucet has a missing cold water handle and the spray arm is constantly leaking. This will attract flies + pests.
iii) The hand sink in the cooking area is constantly dripping water. This will attract flies.
ACTION: 1. Fix or replace the constantly dripping taps, so water can be fully turned off or on.
2. Repair or replace the spray arm so it doesn't leak.
3. Install a new handle on the cold water tap, of the spray arm.

Observation: i) There is plastic on the exterior surface of an upright cooler. The protective plastic is not cleanable.
ii) The tile baseboard, in the waitress area, is missing or falling off the wall.
iii) There is a divider wall, beside the ice machine in the waitress area, that is blocking access to the lower shelves. The area behind the divider can't be accessed to clean.
iv) Floor tile in the dishwashing area is cracked and lifting up. Water is getting under the tiles.
ACTION: 1. Install baseboards to the wall and seal them at the top + base to prevent food and water getting behind the baseboards.
2. Remove the divider wall and clean the area behind it. Do not put the divider wall up again.
3. Remove all damaged or lifting tiles from the floor and replace with new ones.
4. Peel off the protective plastic from the upright cooler.
