The following temperature were measured:

-Undercounter Cooler beneath prep cooler 1.0 deg. C

-Hot holding for rice 72.0 deg. C

*Bleach sanitizer solution available in spray bottle >100ppm
*QUATS Sanitizer Solution available in spray bottle 200ppm
*Kitchen staff is FOODSAFE level 1 certified with expiry date June 2024.
*General Sanitation is Satisfactory
*NO Signs of pest activity at the time of visit

NOTE Ensure temperature log for all cold holding units is maintained for easy review and referral.

*Spicy garlic, sweet spicy and sweet soy sauces should be prepared in small batches, which could last one or two day. This is to prevent large amount of these sauces go back and forth the cooler for seven days as per operator’s explanation.

*Unable to measure dishwasher temperature at the time of inspection. Operator to follow-up with a thermal label.


COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

-Dinning area closed to customer. Take out orders only at the time of visit
