Introduction

An unscheduled follow up inspection to the Routine Inspection # JMIA-AXRRSC dated April 12, 2018 was conducted. Areas of non-compliance identified at the recent Routine Inspection were reviewed for compliance.

Contraventions
Previous Inspection - Contraventions observed on FIR #JMIA-AXRRSC have been corrected.
Current Inspection - Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice.
Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments

During today’s inspection the licensee and 9 children were on site.

Licensing notes that it appears that the previously identified contraventions have been appropriately addressed as follows:
- Bleach bottle is labeled and a system has been created to ensure proper sanitation is implemented prior to children using the tables for eating.
- Children participated in a handwashing practice prior to eating.
- A system is in place to ensure staff record all minor injuries and illnesses in the log book as well as reporting all potential Reportable Incidents to Licensing within 24 hours.

Other information:
- Child Care Appreciation Night –CCRR
- Emergency supplies have been updated
- Guidance of Disinfectant
