Met with Manager, Andy, Atul, and discussed the following: - store area: back storage area equipped with 2 compartment sinks and separate hand wash. - deli area: equipped with 3 compartment sink - cutting /meat room: 3 compartment sinks Bleach used as approved sanitizer for cleaning and sanitation Recommendation: - store back area require to be organized ( all unused boxes , containers ) to be removed, shelving to be organized - janitorial area to be designated ( no public washroom only for chemical storage and mop bucket, cleaning supply
