Routine inspection: Two 2 compartment sinks available for use. 200ppm quats dispensed from chemical dispensing station. Tanks, lines, reusable kegs and various other brewing equipment/parts sanitized with caustic acid solution. Clean in place for all large equipment. Grain silo and back of premise maintained in a sanitary manner.
