All surfaces are non-absorbent, easy to clean and durable.
Overall sanitation satisfactory; a few items in the bar area need to be removed prior to opening (paint cans and brushes)

All coolers at 4 C or lower; all freezers at -18 C or lower
No hot holding unit son at the time of inspection; ensure to have 60 C or over for all units.
Low temperature dishwasher in good working order; detected 100 ppm of chlorine residual at plate level after final rinse cycle
Quat sanitize available and in use; detected 200 ppm of Quat
Ice machine in sanitary condition
