Routine inspection: 2 compartment sink in customer bottling area provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Star-san solution used to rinse out bottles. Sodium bisulphite is used to stop fermentation process and also acts as a preservative. Primary fermenter plastic container is cleaned then lined with a single use plastic liner. Warewashing sinks available for use in the back. Operator to purchase a new container of Diversol. Diversol to be used to disinfect the carboys and any bottles that are to purchased by customers. 1-step product for cleaning carboys and bottles also available for use. Check valve installed at for filling hose at the 3 compartment sink.
