Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Spray bottle of bleach measure past 400ppm
2. No dishwashes were being done at time of inspection. Manager stated that the dishware do not go through a sanitation step once washed at the two compartment sink.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Spray bottle of bleach is two measure 100-200ppm chlorine. Please mix half a cap (~2.5-5ml) of bleach to 1L of water
2. Sanitizing must always be done. Please spray down the dishware with bleach sanitizer once dishes are on the drying rack.
