Observation: Built-up of grease observed underneath the deep fryer and food debris observed on the floor in the walk-in cooler. Ceiling where the chest freezers are located observed to have mold growth.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitized underneath the deep fryer and inside walk-in cooler to prevent harbourage of pests. Clean and sanitize with bleach the ceiling where the chest freezers are located. Corrected by: March 10, 2022.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Dishwasher measured at a final rinse temperature of 190F at the manifold.
Walk-in cooler, prep cooler and stand-up coolers in the kitchen measured at 4C. Chest freezers at back of hallway measured at -18C or lower.
Pest control company, Kwality Pest Control LTD, contracted out monthly. Most recent pest control report on February 8, 2022 indicate that no rodent in pest control devices in all common areas and exteriors.

Operator to cease operation of outdoor cooking of gol gappa stand on the patio. Health approval is not granted for any outdoor cooking. All cooking and food preparation must be cooked and served from the main kitchen.
