Routine inspection: Manicure/Pedicure: Services added since last inspection. Quats based disinfectant is adequate for disinfecting work surfaces. High level disinfectant required for semi critical implements. Pedicure tub cleaned and disinfected with bleach solution. Dilute bleach to 1000ppm by diluting 20ml of bleach to 980ml of water. Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels which are in the washroom. Mount a paper towel dispenser/holder at the hand sink. Reminder that nail files, buffers, wooden cuticle pushers, toe spacers, etc. are single use. Hair cut: King Research barbicide available for use at hair stations. o-phenol clippercide available for use. Neck guards single use. Hair wash stations equipped with backflow prevention devices. Other: Water and coffee served in single use cups. Laundry services provided onsite. Washroom hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
