Further information received by health department regarding mixing of soft serve ice cream/shake machine ingredients with 250ml milk/chocolate milk. This is not as per your corporate food safety plan, only 10L bagged premix to be used. Ensure you follow your corporate food safety plan on preparation of soft serve ice cream and shakes.
