Routine inspection

- Hand washing stations are provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser.
- Walk-in cooler is at 4C or colder
- walk-in freezer is at -18C or colder
- Food in display coolers measured at 4C or colder
- Hot holding unit measure at or above 60C. Food safety plan for potentially hazardous food is followed.
- Food is stored on the selves and at least 6 inch off the floor.
- Hair net policy in place for staff. Staff proper hand washing were observed.
General sanitation is excellent.
- Floors are clean and free of dust and debris.
- Quat sanitizer 200 ppm is provided in spray bottles.
- Three-compartment dishware washing sinks are maintained.
- High-Temp dish washer registered at 73.3C at the dish surface.
- No obvious sign of pest at this date.
