-Operator reported due to shcduled reapir to the facility which will include replacing all equipment with new ones, the faulty cooler will not be used and insets will be supplemented with enough ice to maintain temp. -Noted no foods stored in coolers and inserts are stored on ice, temp was ok at time of visit. Faulty cooler : no foods are stored in this cooler. - All other issues addressed -Operator register for FS and staff also are scheduled to take the course. -All other issues are addressed. * Ensure to label spray bottle of bleach solution * Ensure to label all coolers and record temp monitoring (twice daily and sanitizer concentration once daily) in a log sheet and keep them on site.
