-Areas identified in routine inspection report #229849 have been cleaned. *Flat top grill requires additional cleaning to remove build up. -Level of sanitation has improved. Ensure regular cleaning schedule is adhered to. -Significant improvement noted in the dishwashing area. Caulking was replaced and entire room thoroughly cleaned.
