Additional hand sink is within 4 ft and is in working order. Several fluorescent light lights in ceiling fixture not working. Cover missing on both fluorescent fixtures. This is an OUTSTANDING ITEM listed in the report on July 10, 2019 to be corrected by November 10, 2019.
