Comments

Low temperature dishwasher had a chlorine residual concentration of about 100-200ppm. A new sanitizer line and new jug of sanitizer has been provided by the service company. Discussed with operator about monitoring chlorine concentration once/week to ensure it is at least 50ppm. At over 50ppm, there will be a noticeable 'chlorine smell' but once the dishware and utensils have completely air dried, the odor will disappear.
