Comments

All coolers were </= 4 C and the stand up freezer was </= -18 C. Dishwasher reached >71 C at the plate surface. No signs of pest activity. They have a pest management company that frequently visits to ensure a pest free environment. General sanitation was good. Sanitizer spray bottle was readily available and had a chlorine solution of 200 ppm. Owner was not present during the inspection, but the employee provided proof of Foodsafe Level 1 Certificate.
