- Handwash stations stocked with soap, paper towel, hot/cold running water
- Chlorine based sanitizer present in a spray bottle, and in buckets with cloths. Ensure to mix bleach solution 1 tsp for 1L of water to achieve a food grade bleach sanitizer with a concentration of 100-200ppm.
- All hot holding units >/=60C
- All coolers at </=4C
- All freezer satisfactory
- Mechanical high temp dishwasher tested at >/=71C for final rinse at plate
- General sanitation satisfactory, no signs of pests at time of inspection.
