Routine Inspection Conducted - Facility processes tortillas only Observations: - General sanitation is good during inspection - Hand washing station in processing area and in staff washroom adequately supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - 2-compartment sink available with drain plugs for manual warewashing - QUATs sanitizer available to sanitize all food contact surfaces. QUATs sanitizer measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with test strip. - No cold-holding or freezers on site - All food observed stored covered and at least 6 inches off the floor - Staff observed wearing gloves and hair nets - No signs of pest activity during inspection - Professional pest control company is contracted to complete monthly inspections Note: - Inspection report will be emailed to the operator Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
