Observation: Hand washing sink in kitchen is blocked by line cooler (on wheels).
Second hand washing sink in hallway area (food prep) beside samosa prep area has been permanently disconnected, plumbing removed.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Unblock hand sink and allow access for all employees.
2. Supply the other sinks with soap and paper towel, both are available in facility, (2 comp or the 3 comp) to allow hand washing during food prep, at all times.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No observations of hand washing during food prep since hand sink is blocked during food preparation.

Inspection conducted during samosa and sweet prep day.
Many employees on shift today in kitchen for prep.
Bleach sanitizer available, for buckets and 3 comp sink
Cooler food temperatures <4C.
Line cooler <4C on top and bottom.
Fryer vents appear dirty - operator said that cleaning is scheduled already.
Sweet cooler at front <4C.
Majority of food items are stored off the floor.
No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
